How We Hold You Accountable

Step 1: Schedule Workout

We will assist you make time for exercise with your busy schedule. If you want, we can schedule your exercise this week.

Step 2: Pre-Workout Call

This process can be a physiological exercise for our clients. In this call, we provide nutrition goals & diet plans, address pain/injuries, and provide motivation.

Step 3: Coaching

Most of the fad diets don’t work because trying to lose weight is a difficult and frustrating journey.  When you get off track your coach will be there to get you back on track. For your health and required nutrition, a healthy diet is essential; your coach will provide your personal diet chart.

 We will make the right lifting style, which is required for you. Having leaner muscle can speed up the fat-loss process, as increased lean muscle increases your resting metabolic rate.

We hyper focus on mindset, teaching you how to hold yourself accountable, and meeting with a certified nutritionist.
